Due to the personal and hygienic nature of this product, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.
Eligible Returns

Unopened, unused products in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please note we are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Claims will need to be filed with the shipping company for items that are received damaged, lost or stolen.

We offer an optional Shipping Protection at checkout to provide added peace of mind.

Orders that experience carrier-related delivery issues
If you purchased Shipping Protection and your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will issue a one-time replacement at no additional cost or offer store credit, depending on availability.
Orders Without Shipping Protection

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages when Shipping Protection is not selected.

Refunds will not be issued for carrier-related delivery issues without Shipping Protection.
Final Sale Items

Promotional items, bundles, and clearance products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
